Customers are able to buy from us in confidence knowing that if they decide not to keep their products, for any reason whatsoever (including if the product was damaged during shipping to the customer) they may return the products under the following conditions:

• All items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase (original receipt required) for a full refund.

  • Fine Art by Rebecca will also refund the return shipping charges if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if the return is not a result of our error (you did not receive an incorrect nor defective item, etc.)

   

• Fine Art by Rebecca must be notified via either the Product Return Form, email, Fax, or telephone.

• The items must be received in the same undamaged condition as it was shipped to the customer, unless damaged during shipping to the customer.  Shipper must verify.

• The items are to be shipped via a reputable shipper back to Fine Art by Rebecca within 30 days of purchase.

• No restocking fee.
